I Have A 1000 Page PDF Document And I Only Want Some 30 Pages Printed?
If you want a page image, then use and drag the mouse over what you want to save into the paste buffer.
Open an editor (like MS Word, or Word-Pad, or Paint) and paste the image into it.
Then save.
If you want the text and the PDF is in text format, Highlight what you want and paste it into Word or Word-Pad and save.

There are also some apps, which could work with PDF Converter with this method. 1) Converter is free but only for Mac. 2) PDF-to-Word is also free but only for Mac. It is not tested on Windows. 3) PDF-to-Zoom is free but only for Mac. It is not tested on Windows. Now I have tried all these apps. Converter, PDF-to-Zoom and PDF-to-Word supported to handle PDF with images files. PDF-to-Word does not support PDF with images, unless you convert them.
