Generally we use email service providers like Gmail and Yahoo mail for sending all kinds of files to different people. But these email service providers have restriction on the size of file that can be sent via email. Usually the size is restricted to 25MB. So, if you are willing to send a large PDF file which is >=25 MB in size then you should consider an alternate way. A good platform for this is Wondershare Document Cloud. Using Wondershare Document Cloud you can store and share PDF files of all sizes with anyone. You can share the file using direct file sharing link or send it over the email. For emailing a large PDF file using WDC, visit the official website and click on âTo Cloudâ button. After that login to the account and navigate to âDocumentâ tab. With the help of âUpload Filesâ button or drag & drop method, import/upload your PDF file to the WDC interface. Once the PDF file is uploaded, simply click on the 3 dots next to the uploaded PDF file and select âShareâ from the available options. The PDF sharing popup will open up after that. You need to select âEmailâ tab, input the email of recipient, enter a text message and select PDF file rights. Once done, simply click on the âSendâ button to email the PDF file.
